**ORDERS CANNOT BE CHANGED, MODIFIED, OR CANCELLED AFTER CHECKOUT**
Accessories, and Sale items are FINAL and cannot be returned for store credit.
Please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receiving your items to let me know you are wanting to make a return. We need to receive the product within 14 days in its original packaging with tags attached. Returned items must be unworn and unwashed. Items that appear worn, or that have stains, odors, pet hair etc will not be accepted. Items must be in resalable condition. This includes excessive wrinkling. Please fold your merchandise before packaging it for return or exchange.
Shoes must be unworn, in their boxes and must be shipped back in a shipping bag or shipping box (shipping shoes in the shoe box alone will result in a damaged box, therefore a return will not be accepted). If an item is not accepted, you will be responsible for the return postage. If you choose not to have your unsalable items returned to you, they will be donated to a non-profit organization.
Merchandise may be returned for ONLINE STORE CREDIT only within 14 days of delivery. If items are returned after 14 days, return shipping will be paid by the customer within three business days or the item(s) will be donated to a non-profit organization.
A store credit code will be emailed to the email address on file within 7-12 business days after we receive the returned item
All SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE, NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED ON SALE ITEMS.
